Two documents define “Active customer” differently

“Active customer” has two definitions in force. Sales counts any account with an open opportunity; Finance counts accounts invoiced in the last 12 months. Both were captured as one term, so the board KPI “Active customers” gives a different number depending on who runs it.

Why important: it affects 2 definitions, 1 board KPI and a few linked assets; it should be fixed soon but does not stop operations today.
