- Decide
- A conflict needs a side picked, or an assumption needs a yes or no. Usually: Business owner.
- Define
- Knowledge is missing. Write down what the term or field means. Usually: Business owner or steward.
- Fix
- The rule is agreed and the data doesn't match it. Correct it at the source. Usually: System owner or IT.
- Prevent
- Nothing stops this from happening again. Put a check or a process in place. Usually: System owner and business.
